About the Author

Mark Gengler
grew up on a small Wisconsin. He served in the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. After being discharged, he traveled the country and eventually married and went to work for the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He currently lives and writes in Wisconsin. His first novel, Noah Thorne, is the story of a young boy growing up on a Wisconsin farm in the 1920s as the country was experiencing major technological and cultural changes.
