Kevin R. Foley M.ED., LPC, serves many roles as a husband, father, son, brother and uncle. Kevin is a professional therapist, speaker and coach. He has four children and three step-children. He has many years of professional experience as community mental health therapist; Adolescent Unit Teacher at a private psychiatric hospital; Program Coordinator at a day treatment program for adolescent male felony offenders; Unit Manager for a residential treatment program for abused and neglected children; a Treatment Coordinator for a community correctional center for adolescent male and female felony offenders; first responder for a 9-1-1 county safety service; a caseworker for child welfare; and a therapist for children, adults and families in community mental health and substance abuse treatment.
He is also the author of IWAWO: Discovering and Loving Your Life Journey and the founder of The Guide Dog Company, a mental and emotional wellness center for individuals, groups and organizations. When he is not actively helping others, he follows the Pittsburgh Steelers, hangs out with his dog Rocky and stays connected with family and friends.
